Speed cameras coming to 6 St. Mary’s County school zones

Drivers in St. Mary’s County will soon face photo enforcement in six school zones as officials roll out a new speed camera program. A 15-day warning period begins Aug. 21, and starting Sept. 7, drivers going 12 mph or more over the posted limit could face a $40 fine.
