Trial date to be set for father indicted in daughter’s death | FOX 5 AT 4AM

A trial date will be set Thursday for the Fairfax County father indicted in the killing of his three month old daughter. Police say 28 year old Misael Lopez Gomez admitted he repeatedly struck the infant in March at their Falls Church home.
