Suspect released from jail weeks before alleged murder | FOX 5 AT 4AM

First degree murder charges are now filed against the suspect in the killing of a young D.C. mother whose toddler son was the subject of a brief Amber Alert on Wednesday, authorities say. Police also say the suspect, Hakeem Jones, had been released from prison less than two months ago after serving time for gun possession.
