Prince George’s County, Maryland native and first-time documentary filmmaker of Beyond Banners Andre Jackson joins us on The Good Word! His wife Rashea was the executive producer on the film focusing on the 60-year basketball history and legacy at Gwynn Park High School in Brandywine, Maryland. Andre experienced cardiac arrest during filming! He says his heart flatlined THREE TIMES. 10 days later he returned to set! He credits his faith and family for his recovery and the film’s completion.
