‘The joke was on Trump’: Eisen celebrates Kennedy Center court win

Norm Eisen, co-counsel to Rep. Joyce Beatty, praised Friday’s ruling blocking the renaming of the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts, saying Congress clearly established the name by law.
