Maryland lake closes after second rabid beaver attack in two weeks

Maryland officials closed Hunting Creek Lake at Cunningham Falls State Park after two confirmed rabid beaver attacks in less than two weeks. A 13-year-old was airlifted to Johns Hopkins Hospital after the first attack, while a fisherman was bitten on the leg in the second.
