Judge dismisses Jan. 6 case; Fairfax police shooting under investigation

Officials are investigating a police-involved shooting outside a Fairfax Wawa. The suspect is in critical condition. Also, a federal judge granted the Justice Department's motion to dismiss the seditious conspiracy convictions of three Proud Boys members tied to the Jan. 6 Capitol riot.
