1 juvenile killed, another critically injured in Northeast DC shooting

A juvenile has died, and another is in critical condition following a shooting in Northeast D.C. Tuesday afternoon. The child killed is believed to be 13 years old, and the other injured is 12. It's still not clear what led up to the shooting. FOX 5's Josh Rosenthal reports.
