Standardized testing resurgence

Standardized testing resurgence

Jim Wismer, Director of Community Relations with the National Test Prep Association and Director of Ivy Experience, is addressing the resurgence of standardized testing as universities pivot back to SAT and ACT requirements. As artificial intelligence increasingly complicates the authenticity of college essays and grade inflation results in a surplus of straight-A averages, these proctored exams are being positioned as the most reliable remaining predictors of collegiate success. With the next SAT scheduled for March 14, Wismer notes that the registration deadline is February 27, with late registration extending to March 3.
