Will Jawando leads Democratic primary for Montgomery County executive

With about 70% of the ballots counted, Will Jawando holds a commanding lead in the Democratic primary for Montgomery County Executive, capturing 41% of the vote. Fellow County Council members Andrew Friedson and Evan Glass follow with 34% and 22%, respectively, with Glass conceding the race on Wednesday afternoon.
