COVID-19 recovery celebration

What a day of anticipation! Rodrigo Valderrama fell ill 60 days ago. He was 30 years old at the time, physically fit, with no underlying health conditions, but for whatever reason, coronavirus got the best of him. It was touch and go several times. He was the first patient in the US to be on an ECMO machine, which is a very special ventilator and to receive plasma while on it. Today, his family, his boss, his girlfriend all eagerly awaited his release outside the hospital.
