Analysis: Stay at home orders ? are they legal?
Like numerous states around the country, the leaders of D.C., Maryland and Virginia issued stay-at-home orders to stop the spread of covid-19. The orders allow residents to go outside for essential activities like going to get food or medical assistance, and exercise. But is this all legal?
