More humidity Friday with threat of storms later in the evening

The storms that brought lingering showers to the D.C. area during Thursday evening's Fourth of July celebrations have moved out but the humidity and threat for more storms remain. Heavy rain hit the region during the early afternoon yesterday but luckily did not disrupt the fireworks display during the evening.
