Word 'racist' spray painted outside Virginia state house amid calls for Gov. Northam?s resignation

Outside of the Virginia state house you can see the writing on the wall -- or sidewalk regarding a scandal involving Virginia Governor Ralph Northam. The word "racist" was found spray painted on the street early Monday.
