Man fatally shot by Montgomery Co. officer during barricade situation was justified, authorities say

Montgomery County police have released body-camera video from the first officer who responded to a Silver Spring neighborhood where a barricade situation took place, which later resulted in an officer-involved shooting of the suspect.
