Girl found wandering streets of Frederick; police need help locating family

Police need help locating the family of a young girl found wandering in the streets of Frederick, Maryland. Investigators say 2-year-old Shyann was found in the area of Osprey Way in Frederick just before 7:00 a.m. Tuesday.
