FOX 5 viewers reaching out to help homeless family in need of shelter

The giving spirit is definitely in the air. An Alexandria, Va., man saw our story about Hyattsville police officers helping a homeless family get off the streets by paying for their hotel stay. The man contacted us saying he now wants to help and he's not alone.
