Vote to revive DC summer curfew zones set for Tuesday
D.C.’s juvenile curfew remained in effect Monday morning, entering its third consecutive night after a large Halloween fight at Navy Yard. Police say 18 teens were stopped during the first night of enforcement. On Tuesday, the D.C. Council is expected to discuss whether to extend or modify the order.
