Senate rejects plan to that would pay some federal workers

On Thursday, the Senate rejected both a GOP-backed plan that would pay some federal workers, and a Democratic-backed bill that would pay military members and federal workers still required to work through the shutdown. FOX 5's Syeda Abbas explains.
