DC man killed in Carroll Street stabbing, suspect at large

Officers from the Fourth District responded to a stabbing report on the 200 block of Carroll Street, Northwest, at around 6:57 p.m. on Monday. Upon arrival, they found an adult male unconscious and not breathing, suffering from stab wounds.
