Raising Awareness on International Overdose Day

Joe Carlini is a trusted advocate actively providing support on the streets of the areas in Baltimore that are hit the worst with overdoses. He assisted back in June during Baltimore?s mass overdose event distributing OPVEE. As an outreach coordinator at Chrysler Counselor and Against All Odds (AAO) Consulting & Recovery Services, he uses his own lived experiences with addiction, homelessness and criminal justice to help those struggling.
