Maryland Senator says he regrets voting for Marco Rubio for Secretary of State role

There was a testy exchange between Maryland Senator Chris Van Hollen and Secretary of State Marco Rubio Tuesday when Van Hollen stated he regrets voting for Rubio to be secretary of state.
