Man arrested after stabbing woman, toddler in Arlington: police
A man is in custody after police say he stabbed a woman and toddler in a domestic-related incident outside Pentagon City Mall Saturday. Police say 23-year-old?Leonardo Reyes has been charged with two counts each of aggravated malicious wounding, contributing to the delinquency of a child and child abuse.
