Man sentenced to 8 years for fatal DC bicycle crash, family calls it a ?slap on the wrist?

A man who ran over and killed a bicyclist in Washington, D.C., was sentenced to eight years in prison, a punishment the victim?s family is calling a "slap on the wrist." FOX 5's Bob Barnard has the story.
