SURVEILLANCE VIDEO: Thieves crash car into Germantown grocery store to steal ATM

Montgomery County police released surveillance video Wednesday showing the moment when two thieves slammed a stolen pickup truck into a Giant grocery store in Germantown in an attempt to steal an ATM.
