Peter Choharis makes his case for Maryland's 6th

Attorney Peter Choharis has joined the race for Maryland's soon-to-be-vacant 6th Congressional District seat. Choharis, who's worked in the past with several Democratic candidates, says he's motivated by economic issues in the campaign to succeed David Trone. He joins Jim on "The Final 5" to explain why he's making the run.
