Community wants to see change as former site of 'Tim’s Rivershore Restaurant' sits empty

The northern Virginia staple Tim’s Rivershore Restaurant shut down a few years ago and after plans to put a new restaurant in its place reportedly fell through, the building has been left untouched. Residents say it has become an eyesore and now, the developer who owns the site is responding to community concerns.
