Residents wake to find themselves trapped in neighborhood by fallen tree

FOX 5?s Melanie Alnwick says some residents considered using their own chainsaw and tools to clear the downed tree before crews arrived to clear the debris. Some residents made their way past the fallen tree on foot and used other modes of transportation to get their children to school and to get to work.
