Freedom Caucus could hold up spending bill with focus on Southern border

Rep. Bob Good, R-Va., Freedom Caucus Chair was just voted in as the new Chair of the Freedom Caucus -- a far-right, key voting group in the House of Representatives. There are about 40 of them in total and they will be the group that passes or kills spending bills in the house- thus making them critical for avoiding government shutdowns.
