DC councilmember introduces crime bill
The 93-page bill introduced by D.C. Councilmember Brooke Pinto on Wednesday, titled Secure D.C., will create new gun offenses, make it more difficult for violent repeat offenders to be released on bond, and new offenses for organized retail theft.
