Defense spending bill, impeachment inquiry cap off 2023 in the House
The House has officially adjourned for 2023, but not before passing a massive defense spending bill (without a wish list of social issues some conservatives had hoped for) and voting to formalize the impeachment inquiry against President Biden (over the objections of Democrats, who say the GOP doesn't have the proof). Punchbowl News congressional reporter Mica Soellner joins Jim from the Capitol to look at what will be on their plate when they return for 2024.
