Defense spending bill, impeachment inquiry cap off 2023 in the House

The House has officially adjourned for 2023, but not before passing a massive defense spending bill (without a wish list of social issues some conservatives had hoped for) and voting to formalize the impeachment inquiry against President Biden (over the objections of Democrats, who say the GOP doesn't have the proof).
