Buta Biberaj concedes Loudoun County Commonwealth's Attorney race

Democrat Buta Biberaj conceded Wednesday afternoon to Republican Bob Anderson, who won by just 300 votes. That total would trigger a county-paid recount. However, Biberaj said she's not going to pursue that.
