Frederick massage parlor shut down amid accusations of prostitution, human trafficking

The lights are off at a Frederick County massage parlor are off and a stop work order is in place tonight after the Sheriff's Office received complaints about its business practices and they soon learned that some customers may have been getting more than massages.
