Early voting begins in Virginia

The Virginia elections are officially underway. Every county offered early in-person voting on Friday. Those pre-registered to receive mail-in ballots should be getting them in the mail in the coming weeks. FOX 5?s David Kaplan is live at the Arlington Courthouse.
