Stolen dog returned to family nearly one year later

Almost a year ago, a Maryland family's dog was stolen in D.C. The yorkie maltese mix is now safe and back at home. FOX 5 reporter Nana-Sentuo Bonsu reports from Prince George’s County with who found Franklin, and a message to the community from the dog owner.
