DC dog owners concerned after dog attacks others at park

At Swampoodle Dog Park in Northeast, D.C., there have been several incidents recently with dogs biting or attacking other dogs unprovoked. The dog park looks like many in the District with the rules clearly posted out front. They apply to everyone but who enforces them and who do you call when there's a repeat offender? FOX 5's Katie Barlow explains.
