Environmental groups file to block toll lanes on I-495, I-270

Residents in a Maryland neighborhood are responding to a motion filed by several environmental groups over the state’s plans to expand I-270 and I-495. Many of the residents are against the expansion plan because they don’t feel it will fix traffic congestion and there are concerns it could impact the environment and an historic African American cemetery.
