Kids in the District had the opportunity to show off their fashion design skills for the 14th Annual Sew-n-Know Fashion Show last weekend and they went all out, emulating past met gala outfits. Former D.C. First Lady Cora Masters Barry joined FOX 5 to discuss the event.
