Annapolis man accused of killing 3 neighbors over parking dispute
A neighbor is under arrest in Anne Arundel County. Charles Robert Smith, 45, was arrested and charged with three counts of second-degree murder ? and more ? in connection with the deadly shooting in Annapolis Sunday night, which was allegedly over a parking space. Three people were killed and three others were injured. FOX 5?s Stephanie Ramirez reports from Paddington Place with new details.
