Annual 'Jump In, DC' kicks off pool season

"Jump In, DC" kicked off Friday at the Randall Pool in Southwest. Mayor Muriel Bowser was there to take a dip with the kids, and she also announced $5 million funding to go toward updating seven splash pads around the District.
