Summer is still a couple of weeks away, but downtown Bethesda is getting a jump on the season and kicking off its summer concert series. FOX 5?s Jennifer Delgado stopped by to check it out and talk to Stephanie Coppula, the director of marketing for Bethesda Urban Partnership.
