Seatbelt patrols set to increase enforcement

Seatbelt use is still a major problem, according to an eye-opening new report. It comes as law enforcement agencies across the country plan to crack down on people who aren’t buckling up starting next week. FOX 5’s Josh Rosenthal spoke to people in Bethesda about the issue.
