Mortgage rates fall four the 4th week in a row

Mortgage rates dropped for the fourth straight week. The average for a 30-year fix rate was 6.4%. Even though there was a small dip in the rate, applications to purchase homes or refinance -- both declined. Karen Ringo with Compass Real Estate joins FOX 5 to talk about the ever-changing housing market.
