Housing market showing signs of recovery
New housing data for February was released Tuesday and it shows the sales of existing homes jumped more than 14% when compared to the month before. The jump ends a 12-month streak of declining sales rates. But overall, sales are still down nearly 23% compared to last year. Realtor Karen Ringo joins FOX 5 to discuss the current housing market.
