Jake's Ice Cream & Gourmet Popcorn provides meaningful work for people with disabilities

An ice cream shop in Northern Virginia not only serves up sweet treats, but also opportunities for some special-needs adults with a range of disabilities. Now, plans are in the works to expand that outreach with another popular treat. FOX 5's Gwen Tolbart has the story.
