Gaithersburg man arrested for attempting to kidnap child at bus stop

Police in Montgomery County are investigating an abduction attempt that happened on Monday morning. They say a man grabbed a Redland Middle School student waiting at the bus stop - trying to pull the child into a nearby apartment.
