Local couple trying to bring their adoptive kids home from Haiti

A U.S. policy change has unleashed a rush for passports at Haiti?s main immigration office, leaving dozens of children unable to leave the country and join their adoptive American parents. The issue, which is impacting dozens of families, has also spread to one couple and their children in D.C. FOX 5's David Kaplan spoke with the parents about their struggle to get their kids home.
