Loudoun Co. Commonwealth?s Attorney discusses memo on halting prosecution of some misdemeanors
A day after a memo indicated that Loudoun County Commonwealth?s Attorney Office will stop prosecuting some misdemeanor cases, the county's Commonwealth's Attorney Buta Biberaj held a press conference to discuss the memo saying it was released prematurely and that it was created in an effort for the office to be more transparent.
