Hurricane Fiona dumps rain, knocks out power in Puerto Rico

Hurricane Fiona is strengthening as it makes landfall in the Dominican Republic. After tearing through Puerto Rico, leaving at least 1.3 million people without power, the island is still dealing with heavy rains and a trail of damage. One of the groups there helping residents right now is Friends of Puerto Rico. The president of the D.C.-based organization Angelique Sina discusses what's next.
