WASHINGTON - An underground power line problem has left about 1500 customers in northeast D.C. out of service Thursday morning.
In addition to home and business outages, utility crews report traffic signals are out at the intersection of Massachusetts Avenue and D Street.
Intersections without power should be treated as four-way stops.
